My form is acting strangely. It seems occasionally, someone inputs their information and Stripe has record of them paying, but the form didn’t actually submit or send an email out. There is no record in the submissions of this payment having been made, but Stripe has it on record. It works 85% of the time. I have users using the same email address to make 4 submissions with no issues. Other times, someone purchases for themself and one other family member and we only receive a notification of one submission. Yet other times I get 2-3 notifications for one person and only one payment is submitted. I’m so confused as to what could cause the autoresponders to be so inconsistent. I don’t seem to experience this on other websites.

    Hi @amrartist2009,

We had some similar reports for Stripe payments and our developers are already working on a possible fix for this.
We’re looking to have it included in 1.14.9 release that is under development.

In the meantime, could you try editing your form and in Behavior tab at the bottom you will see “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” options.
Try toggling different combinations of the two and see if helps in your case.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

I did have both of those toggled on. I just now toggled AJAX off. We’ll see if that helps!

    Hello @amrartist2009 ,

We haven’t heard from you for a while now, so it looks like this is working on your site.

Please feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
