    Good morning,

I’m having a problem with the following plugins:

    Divi Popups and Forminator
On some low-end mobile devices, Forminator doesn’t load in the popup and I’m unable to determine the root of the problem. I checked the console, but I can’t find any problems.

Could you please help me diagnose this problem? I have conducted tests by deactivating all plugins and clearing the cache, but the problem persists.

Below is a link to a video. In the initial part you can see that it doesn’t work properly, while in the last part I show how the module should look like on a high-end mobile device: https://clipchamp.com/watch/LZfg2cb9pcj

You can access the website at this link: https://www.mizusushi.it/

    Thanks for your help

  • Hi @arimediaste,

Sure, I will be happy to assist you with your Forminator Form issue with Popups for Divi.

    Issue

I checked and confirmed your issue on the desktop and found that popups were not loading the Forminator forms. I also tried verifying the cache.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/wbu55wZb

    Cache Issue Confirmed

I verified again by reloading the non-cache site by disabling the cache via the browser console. And I found the forms were loading as expected.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/Z4uppovz

Since there is an active cache on your site which is also reflecting the same issue on the desktop, it would also reflect the same on other devices as well.

    Recommendation

You can also follow the Elegant Themes guide on “How to Clear Your WordPress Cache: A Step-by-Step Guide” below.
    See here: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/wordpress/clear-wordpress-cache

    Suggestion

Alternatively, you can switch to Divi Areas Pro and add the same as exceptions in your cache plugin to prevent such issues.

We also have a guide for WP Rocket which also highlights how to add the exclusions manually for Divi Areas Pro script.

For your information, Divi Areas Pro integrates with WP Rocket, you don’t need to make manual configurations. Just enable Divi Areas Pro, that’s it!
    See here: https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/wp-rocket/#automatic-configuration

And with Divi Areas Pro, you are fully protected by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
    See here: https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/30-day-money-back-guarantee/

This provides you with the opportunity to test and verify that the popup is functioning as intended on all devices.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.

    Hi thank you,
I tried to check by emptying the cache and deactivating all plugins + server cache, leaving only forminator and divi popups active, the problem persists on low-end mobile devices.

Are you sure it’s just a cache issue?

    Hi @arimediaste,

    Thank you for updating us.

Yes, so far, the issue seems to be a cache issue.

However, if you want me to assist you further with accessing the site and confirming the cause of the issue, you can avail developer support by switching to the Divi Areas Pro membership.
    See here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/

Note: So far, we have found no similar reported issues.

I hope this information helps. I am happy to assist you further; please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
