Forminator forms not showing on website, settings not available

    Hi! Our website that uses Forminator forms now does not display them at all. Even restoring to an earlier backup does not help.
    Sometimes the form does not show up at all, sometimes it only shows up as a link “Edit Form”, but clicking the link does not lead anywhere.
    If I try to change form settings in WP, it ignores the clicks on the gear icon, and if I click on “Edit”, it takes me to an empty WP screen.
    Please, help!

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. I tried to check the page URL that you shared, however, it shows me 404 not found, maybe you removed the page already? Please refer to the screenshot below of how the page loads for me.

    However, since you mention it also ignores clicks on the gear icon, and the edit page click takes you to an empty screen, it may be possible due to some conflict on the website, however, to confirm, I will need some more information about it.

    Can you please confirm if you noticed the issue after installing/activating any theme or plugin or modifying anything on the website?

    Would it be possible for you to add the form to the Page URL you shared so that we can replicate the issue once?
