Forminator Forms Not Displaying

I opened a topic regarding this a couple of days ago but was told to start a new one if the problem returns.

Basically while using SG Optimizer and WPMU’s Forminator plugin forms don’t display. Purging the cache does temporarily resolve the issue but it returns within 24 hours. While signed in to the website everything is fine. It’s only when not signed in to the website that they don’t display.

I want to try and figure out a solution that allows me to continue using Forminator while making the most of SG Optimizer.
