Forminator form wont submit

hi guys,
Forminator was working great for me, but all of a sudden the form doesn’t submit and i dont receive any enquiries. People have been emailing to say it doesn’t submit also.
how can i fix this?

I have checked your form and it works fine, it was submitted:
Can you check if you received the testing submit?
