Forminator Form Not Showing Unless Logged In

    Hi,

    I am having issues with a contact from built with forminator.

    The form is displaying fine when I am logged in wordpress but is still not showing for visitors even after trying the things below

    – I have tried adding custom CSS to force the form to be shown
    .forminator-custom-form {display: block !important}
    .shortcode-138-228 {display: block !important}

    – I have tried deactivating plugins that could maybe have a conflict:
    WP Rocket, AssetCleanUp, Rank Math

    – I have tried deactivating the AJAX loading of the form

    What should I try next?

    I am using the oxygen builder, is there issues usually happening between Oxygen and Forminator?

    Problem solved the “Enable logged in submission only” was on… in the form behaviour settings

    I still have the .forminator-custom-form {display: block !important} custom css so that might have had an effect as well

    If you have the same issue check in: From->Edit->Behaviour->Security->Enable Logged in Submission Only. If on toggle it off, clear your cache and it should work

    Thanks for letting us know that you fixed the issue and what is the solution.

    Just to add up – in case somebody was looking for solution: in addition to making sure about the “Enable logged in submission only” option it’s also worth making sure about “Lifespan Expiry” settings right below it.

    HI, I am also having this problem.

    I have changed to the Twenty Nineteen theme, turned off all other plugins, added the additional CSS but it’s still not appearing in preview or published mode, only in edit mode?

    I have Forminator – settings – but no security option to change any toggles?
