Forminator Form Not Showing

Any chance you’re using WordPress 5.6?
Looks like it broke this plugin, I have this too.

Same here. Disabled any Cache and Lazy Load Plugins, used standard & elementor sites… no chance. Forms are not displayed anymore, not in firefox, chrome, internet explorer, edge, …. I created an Quiz to test what the problem may could be – but the quiz was displayed.

The webconsole is not displaying any errors or missing (css) files, the site is not even trying to load anything.

I see suggestions here that it’s WordPress 5.6 but that would be quite a surprise, to be honest, and I’m pretty sure we’d already know about such incompatibility as version 5.6 is already around for quite some time.

I’m not saying that update is unrelated but rather that it’s most likely something a bit more specific than this alone.

I understand that you tried to clear all caches on site already but still all/any forms are missing, right?

I noticed that you are using theme that’s doing asset optimization and on the page in question there’s an error related to jQuery not being properly referenced. It’s quite common that upon updates optimized (minified, combined etc) scripts need to be “re-optimized” as they are no longer up to date so could you please try regenerate those in theme settings?

If I’m not mistaken, there’s an option in Avada settings to clear all theme caches.

Thanks so much for getting back! 2 out of the 5 sites I have this combination with were experiencing this problem. Clearing cache did resolve one of them, but samadhisoulyoga.com is still not showing – Since your response I’ve
– cleared WP cache again
– cleared Avada Cache
– cleared cache from within bluehost
– disabled the JS compiler
– as for plugins, I try to keep those to a min. the five I have are: Avada Builder & Core, Bluehost, Smash Balloon (Instagram), and Forminator.

still no luck… I’m also new to working with support and not quite sure what you mean by “start separate tickets on support forum here”. Is there a link you can send me as to where I need to open a new ticket?

Could you please check?

If you have any plugin like Async JavaScript plugin, if so, remove the jQuery from optimization.

Check on Cloudflare id the rocket load is enabled if so, try to disable it.

I do not have any other plugins besides those I listed before.

I have searched Avada for JQuery & Async to make sure there were no settings I was missing and nothing came up. I also logged into Bluehost and it does not appear Cloudflare was enabled (I have since started to download as my site is running much slower than initially so I’m hoping this might help).

-> My Plugins are configured, that the administrator account is NOT getting displayed any cached / optimised sites. I furthermore disabled smush & WP-Optimize for now. The problem still exist.

I can’t get a form to show up on this page: https://www.gluttonsess.com/gmvb-team-registration/
* I’ve cleared browser cache and website cache.
* I’ve disabled all plugins except Forminator
* I changed to a default theme
* I’ve changed the behavior setting of the form every way I can think of.

I really like this form plugin but it gets frustrating when it doesn’t show up.
