Hi, i’m using Forminator with the Astra theme and Elementor for page building. When editing the page in Elementor Edit Mode, the form displays correctly. However, when I preview the page or view it live, the form does not appear. Instead, I only see the “Edit Form” link.

Earlier today, the form was displaying correctly but wasn’t sending emails. To fix this, I installed WP Mail SMTP, and after that, the form continued to display properly. However, I just tried deactivating WP Mail SMTP and clearing the cache, and now the form is missing again.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Hi @marzinat

I hope you are doing well today.

In edit mode can you check if “Load form using AJAX” is enabled in Behavior tab? If not, please enable that one and see if that helps.

Also, when you visit the front page where the form is located do you see any errors on the browser console related to Forminator?

Please also export your form, upload it to Google Drive, and share a link in your next reply so that we can review that form on our side using Elemntor as well. Make sure to make that file public available.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi @kris,

Thank you for your help! I enabled “Load form using AJAX” in the Behavior tab, and now the form displays correctly on the live page. It also successfully sends emails.

Everything seems to be working fine now! Thanks again for your support.

    Best regards,
