Forminator form not displaying

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Are you by any chance running any site caching setup through a plugin? If so, are you able to purge all cache including any external ones set on hosting? I tried checking the page source on both the “about” and “problems-solutions” but had no luck.

Could you make sure that in the form settings under Behaviour > Security, the option for “Enable logged in submission only” is not active?

Please also export your form, so we can further check it on a demo site. You can export the form, upload to a drive and share with us the link.

I hope you are doing well.

The best configuration is enabling the Load from Ajax on Forminator > Form > Behaviour.

It is important to exclude jQuery from optimization, this is the reason for most of the problems.

The Forminator uses jQuery to generate the form, if the optimization plugin delays the jQuery or load the Forminator script before it, the form won’t work.

Hi Jonathan – logged in submission is not active.

I was using cloudflare but it is now deactivated and the forms still don’t work. I shall contact the host to find out how they are cacheing.

This form works and appears on https://www.financeinsport.org:

The second two forms were created as duplications of the first, so it’s extra surprising that they don’t work.

The same issue is occurring for on site. display: none; is showing in browser > view source, as added to the <form> Tag.

This allows the form to show, but then the styling is lost:

.forminator-custom-form {
display:block !important;
}

I have also attempted disabling all other plugins, and they do not seem to be the issue, as it persists.
