Forminator form not appearing on live site

    Hi,

    I am using forminator forms and have setup a contact us form for my contact page. Although it has been enabled as live and shows in the admin preview pages, when I go to the live site, the form does not display.

    Any help you can provide to remediate the issue will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @graichura

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I can see you are using the siteground optimizer on your website and it defer the jQuery, could you please exclude the jQuery-core and jQuery-migrate from optimization?

    Flush all caches and check if the issue is gone.

    This is all sorted Patrick, I need to deactivate AJAX for page rendering.
