Forminator form dissappearing after sending traffic

    Hey there I really love this plugin but it is making my life harder and I do not want to switch but I might have to

    I have a client who was sending traffic to an opt in form but it disappeared all of a sudden

    I searched for a solution but I am still confused what caused this
    it is not the first time that such problem happened, a While ago an invalid nonce error happened and my client hs lost a lot of money, and I get all the blame

    I disabled ajax loading and as some topics suggested here

    Can you help me figure this out

    I hope you’re well today!

    The form disappeared and is not showing up again no matter what, right?

    To make sure – the form is currently in “published” state, correct?

    If yes, please check two things first:

    1. in form’s “Behavior” settings check if “Expiry” option i set to “None” or it’s “Data” or “Submissions”.

    If it’s set to “Data” or “Submissions” then it’s very likely the reason of the issue – most likely it’s already past the expiry date/number of submissions has been already reached.

    2. If above is not the case, can you try to clear absolutely all cache on site that you can think of – on site, server, CDN and so on and see if that changes anything?

    If above doesn’t help, a full conflict test would be needed, meaning:

    – temporarily switching theme to “Twenty Twenty-One”
    – temporarily disabling all the plugins except Forminator
    – if the form gets back, start enabling them back one by one after each one checking if the form is still there
    – once the form disappears again, the last enabled plugin (or the theme) will be the culprit and cause of the conflict – let us know about it and we’ll take over to find out why the conflict is happening and how to fix it.
