Forminator Form Affecting the website preformance

Thanks for sharing the form export. I tested on our lab but could not replicate the issue and the loading was fast.

Therefore, I suggest to perform full plugin & theme conflict test, basically keeping only Forminator active and using one of the WordPress default themes and activate other plugins one by one until you can replicate the issue.

Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.
