    I have tried and looked at everything but I can’t figure it out. The form on our website seems to have cache problems or something. I have already adjusted the settings around cache and AJAX. Nothing is helping. Other plugins or conflicts with them are not the problem either.

    Can you guys see what is going wrong and why the form on the front end of the website is not showing the style I set on the back end?

    Also, texts jump strangely in the multiple choice questions and also the checkmarks in radio boxes do not become visible after selection. Please help!

    Regards

    @nakup36 Hi there,

    I think I found the solution. I have downloaded the cache plugin Hummingbird (also from the Forminator creators) in stead of WP fastest cache.

    I was quite annoyed that it took so long to find a solution. So hopefully it works for you as well!

    Let me know!

    Hi @studio2023

    I’m glad you found solution and I’m sorry for late response!

    With some caching/optimization plugins, there may be a need to adjust settings not in Forminator itself but rather in that caching/optimization plugin. The WP Fastest Cache is no different and usually the issues are related to JS optimization configuration – there may be the need to e.g. exclude some scripts from it. It’s usually about jQuery library but it may also be about other scripts and that is always individual to the site – due to what theme and what plugins it uses.

    But if switching to Hummingbird solves it for you, it’s as good solution as others and, personally, I think Hummingbird is a great choice too.
