    Forminator does not currently work at all on iPhones. It works on ios however there seems to be an issues with the hotspots for it to work on iphones. Please can a resolution be found urgently as we use forminator to register entries for events, on the basis that the forms would works on all devices! If there is a workaround for this please can we be provided with the details asap.

    Hope you are doing fine!

    Forminator should work without issues on iPhone devices, the form may be hidden by CSS or a JavaScript file from another plugin or the theme. There are some recommendations you can check to solve this issue:

    1. Change the Rendering mode in the Form editor > Behavior > Rendering section. If Load form using AJAX is enabled then disable it or viceversa
    2. Also a a full plugin/theme conflict test is suggested in this type of scenario. Make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.       Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Forminator and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.
