Forminator date range selection

Hope you’re doing well today!

I tried to match the exact environment and setup that you’ve shared, but still could not replicate the issue at my end when the form was imported to my lab site. Additionally, I also tested with my team on my lab site and it worked as expected redirecting them to the Taurus page.

It is possible that this could be some cache stuck, like DNS cache or local browser cache. In this case could you please test the form once on a different device (eg. a mobile phone) which is connected to a different network or maybe some external hotspot to see if that works fine?

thanks for your quick reply.
I have done what you said : Select date of birth 22 march 1938 on my “Edge” browser instead of my default “Firefox” browser ( laptop computer) , and also on my smartphone galaxy : same behavior : no submit page and displayed : “form entry saved”
please look at the smartphone screenshots , also i have exporter a second time my form ( not modifyed but in case of the export was not correct ) :

It’s working fine ! (the submit goes to the Taurus page)

Can-you explain why my config. don’t works ? , have-you modifyed some setup on the form ?

No modifications were made, what I did was just import the form from the shared Google drive and import it to the site.

But that indicates that the issue is related to your site ( possibly a plugin conflict or any WP Setting )

Can you try to disable all plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme and see if makes any difference?

Make sure to disable any mu-plugin as well.

Finally, please share a screenshot from your WordPress > Settings so we configure our installation like yours in terms of language and date settings.

Hi Patrick, i have deactivated all plugins except forminator, ( i cannot deactivate the wp-plugin using the PHP code you have sent to me because in this case , the four date of birth : 9/10/39 , 21/5/58 , 29/12/76 and 11/8/95 does’nt work : the submit is Belier instead of Taureau)

So the problem is the same : no submit when date of birth is 22 march 1938 ( it display “Form entry saved” )

I think it is working on your side because you have deactivated the wp-plugin : if i deactivate this plugin , date of birth 22 march 1938 is OK

I ran some tests using your form export provided in the previous replies and also added the code snippet we shared earlier but I can’t replicate the issue, Maybe you made some changes to the form conditions or settings that caused the issue.

We would like to take a closer look at the form, so please export the form and share it again using a free online storage service such as Google Drive.

I confirm-you that if you are using the file “__php.php” ( attached) on the directory “mu-plugins” ( see the filezilla screenshot) and having put the right form ID on the PHP code as indicated , the date of birth of 22 march 1938 display ” Form entry saved” without submit

Seems the previously provided code conflicted with the updated form, we commented on the lines:

To disable it temporarily.

What are the updates ? ( i see on the ftp mu-plugin directory that you have added the file “wp-staging-optimizer.php” , do i need to add this php file on my live site?

This is correct. It would be better to make sure you have the latest backups for your live site to be on the safe side as much as possible.

In fact when i lauch on the live site , its submitting to the Belier page instead of Taureau page on the following date of birth :

9 october 1939

21 may 1958

29 decembrer 1976

11 august 1995

Possible that the file “wp-staging-optimizer.php” is optimized only on the staging site ?

how can i update this source code to adapt my the live site ?
