Forminator Custom Form Not Loading Styling

    Hi there,

    My form is not currently registering the custom colors I’ve selected.

    I’ve selected #ffc805 as the color that the Submit Button should be, as well as the Border Color on Hover. The correct color is showing up in Elementor, as well as in the Forminator settings, but when I view the page, the yellow coloring doesn’t stay — it defaults back to standard blue.

    I’ve cleared my cache and given it 24 hours, but it still isn’t showing up correctly.


    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Would you mind sharing your form with us so we can check this issue closer? Please see here how to export it https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

    When you have exported the form please share it with us using pastebin.com or a service like gdrive.

    I visited the site and this is how I see the button of the form

    It’s also not default blue on hover (turns to #ee3322 if I’m not mistaken about color code).

    It would seem that you managed to get it fixed meanwhile, right? Or are you still seeing it in default blue on your end?

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for checking. I actuallly checked yesterday and noticed the same.
    I honestly didn’t make any changes so I’m not sure why the form is showing up correctly (but I’m definitely glad it is).

    Apologies for not responding. I actually didn’t make any changes to the form, so I’m not sure why it started working correctly (but I’m glad it did).

    I’m now having another issue with the form. The success response is showing a white box with white text on top

    Hi @jaxangela,

    On checking further its because you have white colour as text for the “Response Success” message:

    The above screenshot is from the form export which you have shared. Could you please double check if its still having white colour selected?

    If yes, please change the colour and clear the cache and also the browser cache and then check whether it works fine.
