Forminator “create” buttons don’t work

Hello,
I love forminator and installed in WordPress so a client could use it for her sign-up forms. Problem is when you go to create a form, the “create” buttons don’t work. Clicked on Polls and the “create” button doesnt work there either. You can roll over and it changes colors but don’t take you to the forms page to create the form.
