Forminator contact form not displaying in preview

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I can see the Form tag is rendering but not generating the entire HTML:

Do you have any optimization plugins?

If so, could you try to disable it and check if makes any difference?

Can you also use the Ajax method in Rendering mode: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering

Hello.

I have disabled the optimization plugin and the form still does not show in preview or live view. The form’s settings were already set to AJAX in rendering.

Any other suggestions? I already have another Forminator form on the site which is showing perfectly in preview/live mode, so not sure what else could be the issue.

So just to be sure, the issue is only specific to one form and the rest of the forms created load fine when you preview it?

If yes, could you please share the form export, so that we could check and see whether we could replicate the same on our side or not too?

Thanks for sharing the form.

I’ve tested it on my test site with default Twenty Twenty-Two theme and no other plugins active and form is working there. I still think then that this is related to some specific setting/aspect of the site.

I know you’ve already set the form to render using AJAX but please also try enabling “Prevent page caching on form pages” option in form’s “Behavior” settings and then clear all caches on site.

If that doesn’t help, try using different way to embed the form – instead of using shortcode, try using Forminator widget instead. Let’s see if that changes anything.
