Forminator Captcha doesn’t work

    Hi there, trying a different types of captcha, v2 checkbox, invisible, V3, and none work. I deactivate all caching and so on on the website and still don’t work to submit the form. I always get: reCAPTCHA verification failed. Please try again.
    Please check the video since I can’t leave it active on the website for you to test since is a live one.

    Hi @maruscagabriel

    I hope you are doing good today.

    From what I see base on your video and source of your contact page this form there is not a Forminator form.

    On the page where the Frominator form exists, there is an error in the browser console:
    reCAPTCHA placeholder element must be an element or id
    which means there is some sort of conflict between any of your Captcha settings in Forminator and Captcha settings in your theme or plugin.

    If this is a live site, are you able to run a full backup of your site and then make a full plugin and theme conflict to see does that helps?
    Please deactivate all plugins except Frominator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    If this is not possible to check on the live site I suggest a staging site.
