Hi @manuarmand
I hope you’re well today!
I’ve run both these pages through GTMetrix (the homepage) and the test one got F while the online one got E – with not as big difference in various measured factors.
I don’t actually see any Forminator form on the test site (which is getting worse score). On the live site, I see one on homepage and it doesn’t look to complex.
To make sure then: it’s not about the form itself but you have to disable entire plugin to get better score, right?
The major issue reported by GTMetrix in both cases seems to be very long server response time and while very complex forms can affect this, the plugin itself – with no form loaded on page or a more “standard” form – shouldn’t be causing any such delays so it seems there might be some “resource issue” happening or a conflict.
Can you please check and let me know:
– what is the PHP version powering your site currently?
– what’s the value of PHP “memory_limit” setting
– and what’s the current value of WordPress “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT”
(you can check it all in “Info” tab on “Tools -> Site Health” page inside your site)
– is there any caching active on site/server?
Kind regards,
Adam
