Forminato4r for not displaying

    I can’t get a form to show up on this page: https://www.gluttonsess.com/gmvb-team-registration/
    * I’ve cleared browser cache and website cache.
    * I’ve disabled all plugins except Forminator
    * I changed to a default theme
    * I’ve changed the behavior setting of the form every way I can think of.

    I really like this form plugin but it gets frustrating when it doesn’t show up.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache or checking from a new incognito browser window? I checked the page mentioned and was able to see a Forminator form showing up: https://snipboard.io/3h7NvY.jpg

    Let me know in case this is not the form you are referring to.

    I cleared all the following options on the browser (Edge) settings:
    Browsing History
    Download History
    Cookies and other site data
    Cached images and files
    The form still doesn’t show up on the page.

    It does, however, show up in an incognito window.

    I’m afraid that we can’t replicate this issue. We checked in Edge and other browsers and the form show correctly:

    It worked in Firefox for me, so I guess it has something to do with the caching on my Edge browser.

    Thank you for the update.

    I also tested on Edge and it is working, you can double check if the JavaScript is enabled on your browser or any extension is preventing the form from loading.
