Formidable Forms updating, not authorized

I’m entering a new ticket with the requested information. When I try to update Formidable, the message in the Plugins area is “Update Failed: Download Failed. Unauthorized.” In the Formidable Global Settings, there is a General tab, which shows no message. There is one button to “Enter a new license” and another button to “Deauthorize this site”. I cannot re-enter this license because I inherited this job maintaining this company’s websites and they can’t find the original purchase info; however, they have 10 other websites with this plugin installed and authorized with no problem updating, so they seem to have bought it many times. In the Plugin Licenses tab, the Formidable MailChimp area says “Good to Go”, indicating I guess that this is authorized. So what does this mean? Is there a way to fix this, or do we have to purchase the plugin again?
