Formidable Forms (Forms ID and Field ID)

    Hey @scand, I need help with Formidable Forms.

    My form:
    Form title: osTicket
    Form key: osticket
    Form ID: 6

    And here is an example field in the form:

    Message (ID: 197)

    What do I enter now at osTicket Connector under:

    Form Identifier (required):
    and
    Message (required):

    Of course I tried all the variants:

    Form Identifier:
    form_key
    form_6
    osticket
    form_osticket

    But every time I get:

    “Unable to create ticket: form is not found”`

    It should be like this:
    Form key: osticket-request (Formidable form settings)
    Form Identifier: form_key (osTicket Connector settings)
