Formidable Email Attachment

  • I am not getting the email attachment after submitting the form – I have checked to make sure that the template is active and is associated with the right form and extension. I have the shortcode in the notification email – If I try to just export the data to view it, I get the error “Exception: PDF Document is Empty” is there anything else that I am missing? Thanks!

    Hi,

    If you are getting error “Exception: PDF Document is Empty” it could be due some actions set on pages which “hide” pages https://prnt.sc/12un4fd or if some “empty” “HTML” element has “Hide Page (If Empty)” option checked https://prnt.sc/12un66x. Removing “Actions” on pages (if any) or uncheck checkbox “Hide Page (If Empty)” must solve the issue with attachments and PDF generation.

    Thank you for getting back to me so fast! I actually just now figured that out ?? I have not tested submitting the form to see if that solves the attachment issue, but I have a feeling that it will. If this works well for this form I will need to buy the pro version.
