Formcraft Basic not sending

    Forms sent with Formcraft Basic does not go through to the email recipient.

    Everything is entered correctly, and the WordPress email capability is cleared and tested with the plugin “WP Mail SMTP”.

    Still things doens’t work.

    I’m quite amazed – I’m aware that you want users to go PRO. But you provide a BASIC. This shouldn’t mean “does not work”.

    FormCraft basic uses wp_mail function to send emails. If you have configured WP Mail SMTP to send WP emails, FormCraft would be using this indirectly.

    I’d recommend checking your Sender Name and Sender Email parameters.
