Formcraf basic does not work

    hi, i install the formcraf basic but when i submit the form and it does not work, is there any problem?
    by the way, in the admin my form look like this https://prntscr.com/jsfwlp
    but in the web view there is another input, i don’t know how’s it there? i can find and delete this input https://prntscr.com/jsfxbo

    can anyone help me?

    Please try switching your theme or disabling some plugins? There is a JS conflict which is causing this to happen.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your hint, i checked my website and there is some problem,

    in the preview of Formcraft i saw that there’s the JS script loaded https://prntscr.com/jthb3i

    but when running on the front (https://prntscr.com/jthbcf) our plugin just load only CSS no JS loaded, i try to disable all of my plugin and delete all the js in my theme, the problem isn’t fix at all, can you tell me are there anything wrong here?

    We see this issue sometimes when themes don’t allow us to load JS correctly. This happens with older themes. Does switching the theme fix the issue?
