Form+button not displaying

    Hi there. I’m using this plugin combined with Profilegrid.

    I’m trying to use this plugin’s forms instead of Profilegrid, but despite pasting the shortcode, only Profilegrid’s log in form, for instance, shows up.

    Also, the register button isn’t showing up on the login form, despite checking the “display register button” box in the filelds section.

    Any help?

    Hi @erisf,

    Could you please let us know which shortcode you have used for the login form. Is it the ProfileGrid shortcode, or the RegistrationMagic shortcode?

    Also, to display the register link on the RegistrationMagic login form, do ensure that the Default Registration Page is set from Global Settings -> Default Pages settings.

    Of course, I wouldn’t have posted about it otherwise. I created a new shortcode block for good measure (instead of just pasting over the old one) and it still didn’t show as the registration magic form.

    I did it for the second one, and the button still doesn’t show. Basically it’s there when I edit the fields of the form, but when I switch to design, it’s not there.

    Thanks for writing back. Could you please let us know what option is set for Use Login Form from option in your ProfileGrid Global Settings -> General settings.

    Hi,

    This option isn’t there under global settings -> general settings

    There is: Form Style, Layout, Allowed File Types, File Prefix, File Size, File Size Error Message, Allow Uploading Multiple Files, Hide WordPress Toolbar, Show Form Limits above the Form?, Logo on Submission PDF Header, Logo Text, Submission Badge count on Form Card, Show Asterisk on Required Fields, Submission PDF Font. But not this option.

    Hi @erisf,

    You can find that option in ProfileGrid’s Global Settings. Not in RegistrationMagic.

    It was already set at registrationmagic when I checked, but after trying again now, it seems the problem is solved, so thanks for your help ??
