• Hi

I am new to WordPress and want to include a Registration form to the bottom of all my pages. FormBuilder says to include the code [formbuilder: 1] which is fine if I add it into the content of one of the pages, but I need the PHP rather than the shortcut to add it into the template part of the page.

    Can anyone help out a php-newbie ??

  • You’ll want to provide a link to formbuilder so someone might be able to help you.

Are you sure you just couldn’t use just a link to login/register in your footer rather than the actual form?

Its only an email address field, plus a submit button to register to receive a newsletter.

I want it on every page to encourage people to sign up without having to click through to another page.

    Hi steffevans…………..
realize that this is really an old issue to you but……..
I’m trying to accomplish the same this you were with a registration form. Did you ever resolve the issue?? … and how please. Thanks
