    Hi BWF Secretary,

    I have heard from a couple people that they are experiencing issues like this but have had difficulty replicating the problem. I’ve made a few changes to a release that I hope to publish soon, but am uncertain if they will help or not. Would you be willing to try version 1.02 from our GitHub repository and see if it helps with this issue?

    Thanks James for getting back to me. I should have let you know what I have discovered as the problem. I believe that the mails are going out and that gmail in particular has been putting the emails into spam. I did a little training on the spam rules and at this point most but not all emails go into the inbox. The nature of the organization is that we are dealing with international students. So they get to our web site and fill in a form. What type of browser they are using could be anything from anywhere in the world. We ask for their email at the local university in the form and send the form as if it were from that email address. I suspect that what you changed is not my problem but after this Fall enrollment period I would be willing to try things for you.

    Any updates on this topic? I have version 1.01 and the emails do not send to the recipient. I have tested out using different email addresses and none of them work. I have checked Spam and they don’t go there. I have also tried “enabling the alternate email handling” to no avail.

    Any direction would be appreciated.
