FormBerry plugin doesn't work

I purchased formberry plugin about two years ago. It worked fine until last week. After I modified a form, the form couldn’t be saved. It running forever.

Does any one has experience on using a plugin to build a form with WordPress? Can anybody recommend a good plugin to create a form?
