Formatting totally off

How can I fix the formatting issue? When I have four team members, the names & titles are different size, length and if it takes up two lines, it throws the formatting off completely.
Currently, I changed it to full screen, so I wouldn’t have that issue, but I don’t like how big the images are now. I want to use this feature in a container but need to fix the formatting.
Please advise on how to do this.

Also need to change the wording on the first Filter button from All Categories to Both Offices. Could you let me know where to do that? If it is specific CSS, please send that.
