Formatting the Post URL

I’m migrating from one server to another and I want to make sure all of my post URLs are the same.

On the original server the post URLs are formatted as /yyyy/mm/post-title.html. On the new server, URLs are formatted as /first-category/title/.

I want it to be just like the URLs on the original server.
