Formatting Text in Pages

  • Wanted to know the short code to add text across from each other. Also the short code to add shade background for each section.

  • There aren’t short codes to do the things you want to do. They are generally controlled by CSS, which you can enter in WordPress’s custom CSS feature.

    The page you linked to is returning a 404. If you can point to a specific page, we can probably help you figure out the CSS you need without too many worries. It will also help if you were a bit more specific about what you mean by “shade background” and also specified which sections you wanted to add this to.
