• For example, this is the way the email is displaying in Outlook:

    <p>Welcome to your <a href="https:redacted">KRS Storefront</a>!</p>
<p>First things first: How do you log in? To begin, you'll need to create a password by visiting this link:</p>

    Suggestion?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

you should enable in Notification -> Settings -> Carriers -> Email the HTML email type. This will allow Outlook to render the tags properly.

    Hi, Kuba,

I finally came back to this issue and tried the fix. It did not work.

Under Notifications -> Settings -> Carriers:
    “Enable Email Carrier”: Checked
    “Message Type”: “HTML”
    “Unfiltered HTML”: Unchecked
    “From Name”: Blank
    “From Email”: Blank
“Allow to configure email headers”: checked

Saved changes. Created a new user. Email received in GMail and Outlook. Both emails are still showing HTML code instead of the rendered email.

    Help?

Can you try checking the Unfiltered HTML in the settings? If this won’t help, probably some other plugin or your SMTP server treats the email as a plain text.
