Formatting out of whack

    I have grid view activated, and love how it’s coming out, especially how all the pictures automatically are the same size.
    Only problem is where I put the bio to show under the profile picture, I have to return up to 8 lines down in order for the bio to be under the picture, otherwise the first 2/3 words show up at the top of the picture on the right, then the rest shows underneath.

    Not sure how to fix this. Is anyone else having the same problem?

    Just one more question, I don’t want an additional page for each staff member, just the short bio I’ve put under their picture. Is there a way to (1) disable the picture link to the full page and (2) put the social icons on just that short bio page (where all staff are under grid layout)? Thanks so much!
