Formatting on Contact Page

Hi there,

I would like to amend some of the formatting and text display on the Contact Us page of my site: https://www.beautiful-naturally.co.uk/contact-us/

1. In the Contact Form on the left hand side, the default text in the Your Message box is ‘Messages’. I would like to change this to just ‘Message’ please.

2. Part of the address column in the middle of the page is displaying like this:
“Free phone:+44 (0)1273 833717
Email:[email protected]”

a) I would like to change ‘Free phone:’ to ‘Telephone: +44’ (including the spacing between the colon and the +)
b) I would like to include a space after the colon following ‘Email:info’ – i.e. ‘Email: info@’

3. My opening hours are displaying like this:
“Week-DaysMonday 9:30-3:00pm; Tuesday 9:30am-8:00pm; Wednesday 9:30am-7:00pm; Thursday 9:30-8:00pm; Friday 9:30-6:00pm
Week-EndsSaturday 9:30-5:00pm; Sunday Closed”

I would like them to display like this:
Monday: 9:30-3:00pm
Tuesday: 9:30am-8:00pm
Wednesday: 9:30am-7:00pm
Thursday: 9:30-8:00pm
Friday: 9:30-6:00pm
Saturday: 9:30-5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Please could you advise on how I can implement these customisations?
