    Hi @bradcds.
    Thank you for reaching out.

In order to investigate this, I copied the content from the page that you linked above into my test environment, as you can see here.

My test environment uses a default WordPress theme, Twenty-Twenty-Three. In the front end, here is a screenshot showing that it appears as expected.

According to my observation, while the page in the front end has the markup in the correct format, the theme you are using doesn’t seem to apply the appropriate styles for the structure to be visible.

I’d recommend that you try changing the theme temporarily to see if the issue still exists. If it doesn’t, please consider contacting the theme authors reporting this issue. If not, please feel free to let me know again so that I can take a deeper look.

    Thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Nahid

    Hi Nahid,

We are having a similar issue on our client’s website, we are using BuddyBoss Platform and LearnDash Gradebook plugin, and our issue is that the Gradebook plugin is stripped of all of the widget’s default styling when added to any of the profile pages, while it works normally on any other page. We checked with only LD, BuddyBoss Platform, Gradebook and Custom Profile menu plugins active, on both BuddyBoss and default Twenty Twenty-Three themes, and the result is the same.

Do you have any recommendations on how to fix that?
