Formatting not proper

    Are you using any email sending plugins? If so, which one? It’s possible that one of the plugins could be forcing plain-text to be used instead of HTML.

    Hey hi,

    I am using a combination of plugins which send emails. It will be difficult for me to assess. Would you like to check it using my credentials? I can share them via some other medium.
