Formatting issues – options for international users

    Hi,

    I like the plugin for it’s simplicity. However, there seem to be some basic format options missing, which makes the plugin uneasy to use for many European users:

    – First day of the week should be configurable, our weeks last from Monday to Sunday here instead of Sunday to Saturday.

    – Time format should be switchable from AM/PM to 24 hours format (0:00 to 24:00).

    Would be nixe to hear if these little issues are planned to be adressed in one of the next releases. Thank you!
