Formatting issues

    I just purchased the pro version of HTML5 jQuery Audio Player and I’m thinking I just wasted $25. I’m having trouble with the formatting, which doesn’t seem as flexible as I thought it would be. First off, I’m not up to playing with style sheets. Here are my issues:

    1. I’d like to have the ability to not show an artist name. However, if I don’t enter an artist name, I still see the word “By” followed by nothing. Any way to eliminate “By” and the vertical space it occupies?
    2. I also don’t need to see the star ratings. Yet if I don’t display stars, the space for the stars is still there. How do I eliminate this space?
    3. The drop shadow applied to the title makes the text blurry and hard to read. How do I eliminate the drop shadow?

    Overall, I like the look of the plug-in, but if I can’t correct these issues I’ll have to find an alternative. Do you give refunds?

    Hi familylegacyvideo,

    All these 3 issues are visual tweaks you can make using CSS. I understand not everyone is comfortable with coding but unfortunately it is impossible to make a plugin that renders exactly the way every single user wants (obviously because everyone has different taste and requirements) so I’ve just gone for a generic attractive design that can be easily adjusted in css.

    Some time down the track I do plan to add on/off buttons for some of these things (like there is one already for ratings) but for now really the best solution is to tweak your css.
