Formatting Issue with Address Field?

    I know I am missing something simple, but can’t quite figure out what is going on & any assistance would be helpful.

    I have a few fields such as

    • Organization
    • Address
    • Checkbox

    *The “checkbox” has 4 choices (apples),(oranges),(hotdogs),(tacos)

    So…
    I started with the first row being like:
    “Organization”,”Address”,,,,,,”Checkbox”,,,
    and it didn’t work…

    So I now have this my first row looks like:
    "Organization","Address","Checkbox"

    Second row looks like this:
    "AwesomeCorp","123 main st.","Suite #2","Coolville","NY","12345","United States","apples"

    That imports, but the address stuff not at all right, so nothing else is right either.

    Any ideas?

    Put all address fields within the one set of quotes. The checkbox will only have one value, but if it’s a mutli-check, then put all of the selections also inside one set of quotes.

    “AwesomeCorp”, “123 main st.,Suite#2,Coolville,NY,12345,United States”,”apples”
