formatting is disappearing / links are not working

Another BUG: when I use the pre-installed template and paste text to any input or table, the text formatting disappear and the font became Times and is uneditable. Undo also not working and I must reload the page…

When I put links into editable area, the links are not active, there is url, but inactive
