Formatting in excerpt

    Hi, Thanks for the plugin, it works really well!

    The only problem I’m having is the formatting is being stripped from the excerpt.

    I have a tag around the first sentence in the content. The excerpt being generated is missing this, along with the paragraph break so everything is running into 1 paragraph with no formatting.

    Is there a way to keep the formatting on the excerpt?

    I’ve tried different scripts I found online but nothing is working ??

    Hello,

    By default WordPress excerpt don’t allow any HTML tags. We added some like bold, <br>,
