Formatting drop down/submenu

    Hello,

    I am needing assistance with formatting my dropdown/submenu (the “my journey with exercise” under the About tab). I would like the drop down menu box to be smaller. I also am interested in changing the font of the dropdown menu only. I am having trouble coming up with the correct css for this. Thank you in advance!
