I am trying to format cells in a table like change the background color of an individual cell, bold the text or number, and other simple things like this but cannot figure out how to do it.

Also, adjusting column widths is really difficult in both methods.

Finally, why not enable the use of the TinyMCE editor for cells or a group of cells?

    Thank you,

    Mendy

    Hello Mendy

You can change the fonts and colors in wpDataTables settings. However, if you need to change it for individual cells, you need to add some conditioning rules in Conditional Formatting.

To change column width of individual columns, the table needs to have “Scrollable” feature disabled, and “Limit table width” enabled. Then, you would be able to enter the column width in the column settings.

You can use HTML editor if you’d like, just go to column settings/editing.

Please take a look at our documentation, as all plugin’s features are covered and explained there.

    Kind regards.
