    Ever since I upgraded to 4.0 (now running 4.1.1) the formatting on my WordPress site appears to be broken. I have tried deactivating all plug-ins and have changed to the Twenty Fifteen theme with no change. Have manually installed each upgrade.

    Your theme css file contains this “To enable WordPress for this account, the account owner needs to send mail to xxxxx” Not going to post the email here.

    Thanks, can you tell me how you were able to see that.

    It must be generated when the page is displayed by the web server since its doesn’t seem to be in the source file. I assume you mean the file wp-admin/css/themes.css?

    It’s not in the file exactly, it looks like your host is intercepting that. See this link.

    I’m not sure what the deal is, the PHP is working so that CSS should also be fine. Contact your host provider and see if they can explain that to you.
