Format with defaults button not working

    Hello! I just bought the premium version of this plugin (the 5 site license) and the “format with defaults” button is frustratingly not working.

    Is there a general format so that I can export the generated datasets, fix them with the correct format, and then re-upload so the green checks appear?

    I’m trying this on two sites. One is my old vintage site with over 10k generated entries.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
