Format Text Inside Text Box and/or Field

I’m needing to create a text area, box, or field, whose width and height can be specified, that allows the formatting and printing of text contained within it, along with the other contents of the page, freely and exactly as seen on screen, by the end user. Text needs to wrap automatically. Text area, box, or field must have ability to be transparent and/or have customizable background.
It is very important for the user to be able to get out of the printer Exactly what is seen on screen.
Tried TinyMCE but it does not fill the requirement.
Are there any plug-ins, etc that do this? Searched endlessly but so far nothing found.
