Format Label Text

Hi

I’m having problems with formatting the text for the lables on a contact form. By default it’s small and red and I’d like it to use the same typface as the rest of the site. I’ve tried every form of custom css I can think of but nothing seems to work.

If you can shed any light on the two small white patches top and bottom of the form that would be great too..
