Format for Download PDF

Hi. Is there a way to restore the layout for downloading the PDF file?
The current way of downloading file is “Download filename.pdf at https://pnbsi.lnxdev.premierse.com/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_pdf_forms_downloads/0597519603/filename.pdf.” which is a hassle to users because they need to copy the link to be able to download the file.
